You don't like that you've been relegated to this.

Someone had to do it though, and frankly, no one else was really up for the temporary task of keeping Perrix's special brand of highblood crazy in line. It's easy most days, because you can just give him the 'I will rip off a limb and beat you with it' look and he learns quickly enough that you do, in fact, mean it. Some days though, he doesn't want to listen, and those days, you're more resentful than ever that you're the one this was fucking delegated to.

Like you didn't have enough quadrant hangups already.

It's not your fault if the creep enjoys it a little too much- on the days that he seems to stop giving a fuck- when you start hitting him and aren't really inclined to stop. And it's not your fault you don't actually care enough about the slip to stop yourself. If someone has a problem with the way things get handled, then they can step in and take over, or at the very least, step in and stop you from making a mockery of the pale quadrant.

But of course, being that no one else wants to deal with it, no one ever does.

So you just take it out on Perrix all over again.
