It was beginning to be a common theme with the boys she met in this game, she realized, that they didn't quite seem capable of taking hints when they were given to them.
A few hours into hanging around in her hive, listening to music and messing with both the alchemiter and the items given to her by her consorts- and the only thing he's done is blush and occasionally ask her to change a song. He flusters easily, and she's had to skip a lot of her favorites (humans have such interesting music) but she wonders if perhaps the more direct route wouldn't be simpler. She changes the song again at his request and pauses, fiddling with the volume and levels of her speakers and wondering if she shouldn't just turn it all off. He surprises her by pulling her hand away from the volume by the wrist, and wrapping his other arm around her waist, chin settling on her head.
"You know, asking is usually far simpler than this song and dance routine of yours." He laughs, amused and affectionate, and then pulls his chin from atop her head to settle on her shoulder, chuckling close to her ear. "Though I'll admit, it's cute that you can't really be too direct about it."
She huffs and almost crosses her arms- and instead reaches up to tweak his nose idly.
"Well if you knew what I was getting at, then you should have said something sooner."
"I'm sure I'll find a way to make it up to you."
This time she does cross her arms, though it's in a vain attempt to make him believe the blush on her face is irritation rather than anticipation.

"Yeah, well- you'd better."
I'm sorry I'm awful
