Plots: Lily royally screwing things up

I've been waiting for this post for this very reason.

One of my big hopes for Lily is that eventually, she's forced to make a decision between something, and chooses the wrong thing because of science, royally screws everyone or everything over, and then disappears for a few IC days to a week depending on what it is.

What I need are ideas, ways to make this happen in the future, since after all, the game IS not to be won, so something is going to get screwed up eventually.

The 'screwing up' can be medium or large in scale, and will likely be dependent on if the mods allow it to happen, but I want to see what can be done with this.

Hmmm! Definitely gonna give this one some thought, but perhaps that's a thing that can have an effect specifically on the kids session? Perhaps something involving Lily's server player (Wess!) knocking something into something or accidentally setting off a rube goldberg machine reaction that makes something happen? The possibilities are limitless!
